Making sure our customers are happy is our top priority! Please review our store policies  below:

Return Policy

  • All returns will require proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of order dates and if accepted, returns must be received by Raised on Ridge within 30 days of order date.
  • Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received
    • Unworn or unused
    • With tags attached
    • Original packaging
    • Items that smell of smoke, or fragrance, or with animal hair will not be accepted.
    • All Sale items will be considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.
    • Gift cards cannot be refunded. 
    • Raised on Ridge will not be held responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address as provided by the buyer. Please see our Shipping Policy for further details.
    • Raised on Ridge is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

      Holiday & Seasonal Items:

      All holiday and seasonal items are final sale. Please ensure your selection is final before completing your purchase, as these items cannot be returned. We are happy to exchange similar items within 14 days of purchase if the desired size is still available.

      Shipping Policy:

      All packages ship from Old Wethersfield, CT via UPS Ground, USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Priority Express.

      • Track your package- Once a package has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with shipping information.
      • Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages- Raised on Ridge is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact the carrier for further questions. If you believe your package has been stolen, please file a police report with your local law enforcement.
      • Incorrect Shipping Address- Raised on Ridge is not responsible for products that were shipped to an invalid or incorrect mailing address. If a package is returned to Raised on Ridge due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked unclaimed, return to sender, or not deliverable, or any other reason by the carrier, you will be notified via the email provided at checkout. Your order will be refunded to the original payment method minus all shipping charges and an $8 undeliverable fee. Shipping will not be refunded on any invalid or incorrect address returns, RTS, or any other marked reason. Please place a new order with the correct information if you would like your order resent.

      Price Matching:

      Due to the personalized and curated nature of our offerings, we do not offer price matching on any items at this time. Our prices are carefully set to ensure quality and fairness for all customers.
