Return Policy
Making sure our customers are happy is our top priority! Please review our return policy below.
- All returns will require proof of purchase.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of order dates and if accepted, returns must be received by Raised on Ridge within 30 days of order date.
- Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- Original packaging
- Items that smell of smoke, or fragrance, or with animal hair will not be accepted.
- All Sale items or orders using a 20% or greater code will be considered Final Sale and cannot be returned. Special launches will be considered final sale (Holidays such as Easter, 4th of July, Christmas, etc.)
- Gift cards cannot be refunded.
- Raised on Ridge will not be held responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address as provided by the buyer. Please see our Shipping Policy for further details.
- Raised on Ridge is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
