Return Policy

Making sure our customers are happy is our top priority! Please review our return policy below.

All returns will require proof of purchase.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of order dates and if accepted, returns must be received by Raised on Ridge within 30 days of order date.
Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received

Items that smell of smoke, or fragrance, or with animal hair will not be accepted.
All Sale items or orders using a 20% or greater code will be considered Final Sale and cannot be returned. Special launches will be considered final sale (Holidays such as Easter, 4th of July, Christmas, etc.)
Gift cards cannot be refunded.
Raised on Ridge will not be held responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address as provided by the buyer. Please see our Shipping Policy for further details.
Raised on Ridge is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
