Return Policy

Making sure our customers are happy is our top priority! Please review our return policy below.

  • All returns will require proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of order dates and if accepted, returns must be received by Raised on Ridge within 30 days of order date.
  • Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received
      • Unworn or unused
      • With tags attached
      • Original packaging
  • Items that smell of smoke, or fragrance, or with animal hair will not be accepted.
  • All Sale items or orders using a 20% or greater code will be considered Final Sale and cannot be returned. Special launches will be considered final sale (Holidays such as Easter, 4th of July, Christmas, etc.)
  • Gift cards cannot be refunded. 
  • Raised on Ridge will not be held responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address as provided by the buyer. Please see our Shipping Policy for further details.
  • Raised on Ridge is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
